Strategic Planning
Meetings & Outreach Numbers
  • 150 + people engaged in the 2026-2031 Strategic Planning process. Meetings were held with WCDC Staff, Board, Holding Co., Strong Neighborhood Committee, Small Business Owners, Development Investors and a Borough Committee. Approximately 40 attendees of the Resource Fair provided input, while 52 responded to the online survey.
