Free Store makes pop-up debut in Wilkinsburg

December 11, 2015: “Mia Dorsey was looking for some nice dress shirts for her son to wear to school. As the mother of three, Ms. Dorsey often struggles to make ends meet. On Saturday, the Wilkinsburg mother was able to get some nice shirts for her son – for free.

Ms. Dorsey was “shopping” at Free Store Wilkinsburg. The concept behind the store is to provide items to neighbors in need. All items are free. Visitors are asked to take only what they need and to give what they can.”
