Wilkinsburg tour features 1940s home in neighborhood built for Westinghouse execs

Ron and Jody Kotun didn’t love this 1940 house in the Wilkinsburg section of Blackridge when they bought it 10 years ago. It was closer than their old house to their grown children in McKeesport and White Oak, but its kitchen was tiny, the bathrooms were dated and on a cold day, you could see your breath in the family room addition. Still, it had charm and lots of space.
