Pittsburgh’s Up-and-Coming Communities

Posted on July 14, 2015 by marlee

Spring 2015: DEVELOPING Pittsburgh, a regional magazine geared toward developers and investors, featured four communities on the rise in its Spring 2015 issue. Wilkinsburg was among the communities selected for the feature. From the article, “The hard work in the trenches has begun to pay off. Over the past four years, 35 properties have been sold and 12 vacant storefronts have been occupied in the business district. There are green shoots of recovery on the residential side too. Real estate values are going up. The single-family home prices are rising. The median home price is up.” Read the full article from DEVELOPING Pittsburgh.
