A resident of Wilkinsburg since 2014, Randy has worked in Community and Economic Development serving as the Director of Community Development and Planning for the Northwest PA Regional Planning Commission, as well as the Clarion County Economic Development Corporation. Randy is currently Sr. Business Intelligence Developer, Marketing and Communications at UPMC Health Plan.
