Co-founder and CEO of The Pittsburgh Housing Development Association, Inc. (PHDA, Inc), a 501©3 established to empower low to moderate income residents to become stakeholders in the community thru homeownership, Greg Whitted has over 35 years of experience as an affordable housing advocate and real estate development. Having previously served on the WCDC Board from 2015 – 2020, Greg would like to further the WCDC mission of economic empowerment to improve the live or residents. Greg also serves on the Strong Neighborhood Committee in order to support adequate affordable housing through the renovation of existing housing stock.
