Property Research, Data Inventory, and Maps

The WCDC maintains a property inventory, using primary data to analyze community trends along with data from Allegheny County to assist in community decision-making.

Residents can also receive help tackling property questions and navigating existing systems for ownership, acquisition, and rehab.

The WCDC has assisted over 500 residents with technical assistance requests since 2021.
