The WCDC is  currently is open by appointment weekdays, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for major holidays. Due to current state mandates, appointments may take place over the phone or via zoom. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding Wilkinsburg.
