Greg Whitted
Co-founder and CEO of The Pittsburgh Housing Development Association, Inc. (PHDA, Inc), a 501©3 established to empower low to moderate income residents to become stakeholders in the community thru homeownership, Greg Whitted has over 35 years of experience as an affordable housing advocate and real estate development. Having previously served on the WCDC Board from 2015 – 2020, Greg would like to further the WCDC mission of economic empowerment to improve the live or residents. Greg also serves on the Strong Neighborhood Committee in order to support adequate affordable housing through the renovation of existing housing stock.
Kim Armstrong-Davis
Kim Armstrong-Davis, a native of Pittsburgh, embarked on her illustrious banking career at Mellon Bank in the early 80s, rising to Vice President and Branch Manager in New York/New Jersey. Returning home, she retired in 2018 from BNY Mellon – Wealth Management, overseeing the tri-state area. Post-retirement, Kim founded the Clara Constance Foundation, addressing food insecurity among other needs. She owns both residential and commercial property in Wilkinsburg, including the building across the street from the Wilkinsburg Community Development Corporation on South and Wood.
Dedicated to community service, Kim volunteers at the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank and Jubilee Kitchen. She is a former board member of Dress for Success Pittsburgh. She passionately imparts financial literacy through seminars. Married to the late Larry E. Davis, former Dean at Pitt’s School of Social Work, her involvement in community initiatives, showcased through organizations like GPBPW and Girlfriends Inc., reflects her dedication to positive change. Beyond her philanthropy, Kim’s diverse interests include world travel, baking, tennis, and golf. Residing in Highland Park, she is a proud mother and devoted grandmother.
Aaron Erb
From Ontario, Canada and Harrisonburg, Virginia, Aaron has lived in Wilkinsburg for the last seven years. He found a home in Wilkinsburg as a renter for five years before buying his first house a few blocks over in 2021. Aaron is a community mediator and restorative justice practitioner committed to transforming conflict through mediation, restorative justice dialogue, and trauma resiliency from a racial equity lens.
W. Randy Rice
A resident of Wilkinsburg since 2014, Randy has worked in Community and Economic Development serving as the Director of Community Development and Planning for the Northwest PA Regional Planning Commission, as well as the Clarion County Economic Development Corporation. Randy is currently Sr. Business Intelligence Developer, Marketing and Communications at UPMC Health Plan. In 2022, the WCDC featured Randy’s abstract photographs as part of our Art All Over series in the Lohr Gallery. Randy is a proud ambassador of Wilkinsburg. What it has been. And what it is becoming.
